Lindenhurst Veterinary Hospital began as Basic Pet Care, under the ownership of Dr. Peter Lugten, who owned the practice for about 30 years. The building was an old Chase bank, which Dr. Lugten converted to a custom-designed animal hospital.Watch this space! Dr. Cummins purchased Basic Pet Care in January 2020, renamed it Lindenhurst Veterinary Hospital, and is planning some more updates. Meanwhile, he and his veterinary associates will continue to provide personalized, high quality care for your pets.
